Frederick Delaere has long been an active ufologist in Belgium. In 2007, he was one of the founders of Belgisch UFO-meldpunt (www.ufomeldpunt.be), the main reporting center for UFO witnesses from the Flemish part of the country. He is the author of many investigations and publications, including the 2014 book "UFO’s in België en Nederland."
