Milton Hourcade

Milton Hourcade is a prominent figure in ufology, particularly known for his contributions in Uruguay. He co-founded the Centro de Investigación de Objetos Voladores Inidentificados (CIOVI) in 1958, which played a significant role in the study and investigation of UFO phenomena in South America. CIOVI's methods and findings were later adopted by the Uruguayan Air Force's Comisión Receptora Investigadora de Denuncias Ovni (Cridovni) established in 1979.
