This new weapon, developed under a program code-named “Prompt Global Strike”, is said to be under development at Radiance technologies, an aerospace company.
According to Daniel Sheehan, this weapon is capable of reaching Russia or China in less than two minutes, is totally invisible to radar, and has the ability to make right-angle turns at more than 30,000 km/h (20,000 mph) - more than 25 times the speed of sound.
These astonishing characteristics, he says, have been derived from the study of a “non-human craft”, obtained by Radiance from “another aerospace company”. Journalist Ross Coulthart reported a few weeks ago that, according to his sources, an aerospace company was trying to get rid of one of these devices. Could this be the machine mentioned by Sheehan?
Arms Race
The USA is not the only country working on nuclear missiles with unprecedented range capabilities. Back in 2018, Russia announced that it had developed hypersonic missiles, presented at the time as “invincible” because their speed (Mach 10) made them impossible to intercept. However, according to Ukrainian website Defense Express, a hypersonic missile was shot down in Ukraine last May.
China also has been working on its own hypersonic missile, the CH-AS-X-13, with a range of 3,000 km according to the American Defense Intelligence Agency. That said, neither the Russian system nor the Chinese weapon appear to have features comparable to those of the device allegedly being worked on by Radiance Technologies.
While US participation in an arms race is nothing new, Daniel Sheehan is concerned about the unilateral nature of the project, given its strategic implications. In his view, the “Prompt Global Strike” program is being developed without Congressional oversight, in the hands of a private company.
UAP transparency at stake
This revelation comes in a context of political confrontation surrounding the Unidentified Anomalous Phenomenon Disclosure Act. This law, proposed as part of the annual defense funding bill, calls for the establishment of a nine-person panel to review all information and objects held by defense and intelligence agencies, as well as private companies, with the aim of disclosing them to the public. Inspired by the JFK Assassination Records Act, this text gives the committee the ability to subpoena witnesses, as well as exercise the power of Eminent Domain over objects of “non-human origin” held by private companies such as Defense Department subcontractors... which include Radiance Technologies.
A battle seems to be going on right now between Representatives supporting the bill, who, according to Sheehan, are the ultra-majority, and a few Republicans occupying key positions, including, notably, Michael Turner.
Mike Turner, who accused whistleblower David Grusch of “not knowing what he's talking about”, is one of the few to openly oppose the legislation proposed by Democratic Majority Leader Chuck Schumer. Asked by NewsNation why he opposes the bill, the congressman denied doing so, merely described it as “poorly written”, before swiftly walking away from the microphone, not unlike President Biden when he was asked about UAP in 2021.
Turner's profile is intriguing. The congressman, who heads the House Intelligence Committee, holds the seat for Ohio's 10th district. Many observers have noted that this very district is home to the headquarters of… Defense contractor Radiance Technologies, located, fun fact, at 3715 Pentagon Boulevard.
The ties between Mike Turner and Radiance Technologies don't stop at mere neighborliness, since the Congressman has, according to Citizens Against Government Waste, secured $4 million in research funding for the Ohio company within the 2010 Defense funding bill, which no doubt explains Mike Turner's presence as guest of honor at the inauguration of Radiance Technologies' new offices in 2016.
Daniel Sheehan goes further though, when speaking of entities accused of holding and operating non-human-origin devices without Congressional oversight:
“They're basically bribing members of Congress to keep this secret”. “They're lying to Congress.”Another Congressman opposing the UAP Disclosure Act named by Sheehan is Mike Rogers, another heavyweight congressman, who heads the Armed Services Committee of the US House of Representatives. “He's the congressman from the district where Redstone facility is located, where this tech is being tested,” Sheehan says, citing this as the reason why he is “resisting the Eminent Domain power.”
Sheehan threatens with catastrophic disclosure
This is not Daniel Sheehan's first battle. His involvement in the Pentagon Papers affair has already given him the opportunity to speak out against excessive secrecy. Today, he accuses certain entities, including Radiance Technologies, of pushing members of Congress such as Mike Turner to oppose the UAP Disclosure Act, in order to maintain what he sees as undue control over exotic devices that enable them to build novel weapons, produced and supplied at high cost for the US defense apparatus.
In the face of this opposition, Sheehan, backed by his foundation The New Paradigm Institute, is admittedly actively campaigning in support of the Schumer Bill, which he helped to draft. The law, which would allow a number of organizations, including Sheehan's foundation, to nominate candidates to join the aforementioned Review Panel, is, according to Sheehan, in danger of being severely curtailed, if not killed altogether - an assessment shared by journalists Christopher Sharp and Ross Coulthart.
Sheehan's disclosure of Radiance Technologies’ involvement in the “Prompt Global Strike” program is no coincidence:
“We offered them an opportunity to keep that weapon system confidential if they wanted, but they’ve come forward with people on the payroll of the aerospace industry to block this bill. We’re now coming with bits and pieces of information to let them know that if they don’t let this bill get passed, setting up this responsible process revealing that UFO tech is real, that there is a Non-Human Intelligence, we have chosen to reveal these pieces of info publicly, and we will reveal more information if they don’t back off.”With several high-profile appearances on various platforms in recent days, and a string of thinly veiled threats to opponents of the UAP Disclosure Act, Daniel Sheehan shows no signs of stopping, at least until the final vote, expected later this month.
